Four Capabilities, One Mission

EP Group exists to enable power, and we do that across four broad capabilities: equipment, distribution, switchgear and panel building, and digital marketplaces. Each capability is delivered by companies within the group that specialize in it, so customers benefit from focused expertise backed by a wider ecosystem. The capabilities are not isolated services; they are designed to connect, so that the output of one becomes the input of the next.

Bringing these capabilities under one group means a customer is rarely more than one step away from the next thing they need. Whether the priority is finding the right product, securing authorized supply, or having equipment and panels built, the group has a company positioned to help. That continuity is the practical expression of our mission: to reduce the friction that surrounds every electrical project and make power easier to specify, source and deliver.

On this page we describe each of the four capabilities in turn, the companies that deliver them, and how they fit together into a single, connected approach.

Four Capabilities, One Mission
CAPABILITIES

What the Group Delivers

Four areas of capability, each anchored by companies that focus on them.

Power Equipment

Manufacturing of power and distribution transformers, switchboards and related power equipment, led by Evenson Power in the USA.

Authorized Distribution

Trusted regional distribution of leading electrical brands, through Emirates Panel in the GCC and Enara Power in East Africa.

Switchgear & Panels

ABB-authorized low-voltage switchgear and type-tested panel building delivered by Exa Power.

Digital Marketplaces

Online platforms for discovering and procuring electrical and infrastructure products, through EP Finder and Infra Finder.
Manufacturing the Hardware of Power
POWER EQUIPMENT

Manufacturing the Hardware of Power

At the foundation of any electrical project is the equipment that moves and transforms power. Evenson Power, the group’s USA-based manufacturer, produces power and distribution transformers, switchboards and related power equipment for applications that need dependable performance. Manufacturing this equipment within the group means that when a project requires it, the capability is available inside the ecosystem rather than sourced from an unrelated third party.

Equipment manufacturing is also what allows the group to serve project-based work rather than only off-the-shelf product needs. Transformers and switchboards are central to how power is distributed and managed on a site, and having a manufacturing company in the group gives customers a direct route to this hardware, complemented by the sourcing, distribution and panel-building capabilities elsewhere in EP Group.

Crucially, this capability lives inside the same ecosystem that handles discovery, distribution and assembly. A project team can therefore treat power equipment not as a separate procurement exercise with an unfamiliar supplier, but as one more element the group can deliver and coordinate alongside everything else the project requires.

AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

Genuine Products, Trusted Brands

Distribution is where most professionals interact with electrical products day to day, and it is also where authenticity matters most. EP Group’s distribution capability is delivered by Emirates Panel in the UAE and GCC and by Enara Power in Ethiopia and East Africa. Both operate as authorized distributors, which means the products they supply are genuine and backed by the manufacturer support and warranties that come with the brand.

Emirates Panel carries authorized lines from a portfolio of leading brands, including ABB, TE, Lovato, Weidmüller, Alfanar and Theben, giving GCC customers a single, trusted source for a broad range of electrical products. Enara Power serves East Africa as an authorized Schneider Electric distributor. Between them, these companies give the group authorized distribution coverage across two distinct regions, each with a company that knows its local market and customers.

Genuine Products, Trusted Brands
SWITCHGEAR & PANELS

Type-Tested Assemblies, Built to Standard

Products and equipment ultimately have to come together into finished, working assemblies. That is the role of the group’s switchgear and panel-building capability, delivered by Exa Power. As an ABB-authorized low-voltage switchgear and panel builder operating in the UAE and GCC, Exa Power produces type-tested assemblies designed to perform to a recognized standard in demanding installations.

Building panels within the group closes the loop between products and installation. A customer can source products and equipment through the group’s marketplaces, distribution companies and manufacturing, and then have them assembled into a complete, type-tested low-voltage panel by Exa Power. This means the assurance of authorized supply carries all the way through to the finished assembly delivered to site.

DIGITAL MARKETPLACES

Sourcing Made Simpler

The group’s fourth capability is digital. EP Finder and Infra Finder are online marketplaces that make discovering, comparing and procuring electrical products faster and more transparent. EP Finder focuses on electrical products generally, giving buyers a single platform to find what they need and sellers a channel to reach professional buyers. Infra Finder applies the marketplace model to infrastructure and project-based requirements, where the scale and complexity of buying are greater.

The marketplaces matter because sourcing has traditionally been slow and opaque. By bringing buyers and sellers onto common platforms, EP Finder and Infra Finder aim to make the electrical supply chain more efficient and more accessible regardless of location. Combined with the group’s physical capabilities, they let a customer discover a product online and have it backed by authorized supply, genuine equipment and type-tested assembly from elsewhere in EP Group.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

A Connected Approach

  • Specify and discover products through the EP Finder and Infra Finder marketplaces.
  • Source authorized, genuine products via Emirates Panel in the GCC and Enara Power in East Africa.
  • Build and assemble with type-tested low-voltage switchgear from Exa Power.
  • Equip projects with transformers, switchboards and power equipment from Evenson Power.
  • Move between regions and disciplines without leaving the group’s ecosystem.
  • Rely on authorized partnerships with established electrical manufacturers throughout.
WHO WE SERVE

Built for Professionals and Projects

Our companies serve contractors, panel builders, consultants, distributors and project owners who need dependable electrical products and equipment. Because the group spans manufacturing, distribution, switchgear and marketplaces, we are able to support both straightforward product needs and the more complex requirements of larger, project-based work. A professional looking for a single authorized product is served just as readily as a project team coordinating equipment, distribution and finished panels across regions.

The common thread across everything we do is enabling power: removing friction from the way electrical products are specified, sourced and delivered, and giving professionals confidence that what they receive is genuine, suitable and backed by the right partners. Whatever the scale of the requirement, the group’s aim is the same, to make the path from specification to delivery as direct as possible.

For project owners and consultants in particular, the value of a multi-company group is that it absorbs complexity on their behalf. Rather than managing the seams between sourcing, supply, equipment and assembly themselves, they can lean on a group whose companies are already built to connect. That is the practical promise behind enabling power, and it is what shapes how every company in the group serves its customers.
