About EP Group
EP Group is a family of electrical companies united by a single purpose: enabling power across the project lifecycle and across regions.
Contact UsOne Group, One Purpose
EP Group brings together a group of electrical companies under the brand line Enabling Power. What unites them is not a single product or market, but a shared purpose: to make electrical power easier to specify, source, build and deliver. Each company contributes a different piece of that purpose, and together they form an ecosystem that spans the full electrical value chain, from manufacturing through distribution and assembly to the digital channels that connect them.
The group is organized so that strong, focused companies can operate in their own markets while drawing on the strength of the wider group. This balance lets each company stay close to its customers and brands while giving those customers access to capabilities far beyond any single company on its own. It is a deliberate design: specialization where it counts, connection where it adds value.
The companies of EP Group serve different disciplines and different regions, but they are bound by the same idea. Whether a customer needs a product found, a brand distributed under authorization, a transformer manufactured, or a panel built and type-tested, the group’s purpose is to enable that work to happen with less friction and more confidence.

Enabling Power Across the Lifecycle
Our mission is to enable power. In practice that means supporting electrical projects from the earliest stages of specification and sourcing, through authorized distribution of trusted brands, to the manufacturing of power equipment and the building of type-tested switchgear. By covering these stages within one group, we reduce the friction that comes from coordinating many disconnected suppliers, and we give customers a single, dependable relationship that can carry a project from concept to completion.
We pursue this mission through both physical and digital channels. Our distribution and manufacturing companies put genuine, authorized products and finished equipment into the hands of professionals, while our marketplaces open up discovery and procurement to a global audience. The combination is what allows the group to serve everything from a single product need to a complete project requirement, and to do so across very different markets.
Enabling power is therefore both a promise and a method. The promise is that the group will make electrical work easier and more trustworthy. The method is the connected ecosystem of companies that lets us keep that promise at every stage of a project’s life.
Principles That Guide the Group
Authenticity: working through authorized partnerships with established electrical manufacturers so products are genuine.
Coverage: spanning equipment, distribution, switchgear and marketplaces so customers can stay within one ecosystem.
Reach: serving the USA, the GCC and East Africa, with global access through digital platforms.
Focus: letting each company specialize in its discipline and market while sharing the group’s direction.
Reliability: backing products and equipment with the right brands, warranties and expertise.
Connection: designing the companies to work together as customer needs evolve across stages and regions.

Specialization, Backed by a Group
EP Group’s approach rests on a simple balance. On one side is specialization: each company is left free to be excellent at its own discipline, close to its own customers, and fluent in its own market. Evenson Power thinks about manufacturing, Exa Power about switchgear, Emirates Panel and Enara Power about authorized distribution, and EP Finder and Infra Finder about the digital experience of sourcing. None of them is asked to be a generalist.
On the other side is connection. Because these specialists belong to one group, they can hand work to one another smoothly and serve a customer collectively in a way that none could alone. A buyer is not forced to choose between the depth of a specialist and the breadth of a full-service partner; the group offers both at once. This is how EP Group turns six focused companies into a single capability that spans the electrical lifecycle.
This approach also shapes how the group grows. New strengths are added where they extend the lifecycle the group can serve or the regions it can reach, not for their own sake. The measure of any capability is whether it helps a customer move a project forward more easily, and whether it connects naturally to what the other companies already do. Keeping that discipline is what allows EP Group to expand without losing the focus that makes each company effective.
A Group Across Three Regions
EP Group’s footprint reflects the markets its companies serve. Evenson Power operates from the USA, anchoring the group’s equipment manufacturing. Emirates Panel and Exa Power are based in the UAE and serve the wider GCC with authorized distribution and switchgear respectively. Enara Power brings authorized distribution to Ethiopia and East Africa. Across all of these, EP Finder and Infra Finder provide digital marketplaces with global reach, so that the group’s presence extends well beyond the regions where it has physical companies.
This spread of companies and regions is deliberate. It allows the group to combine local presence and relationships with the scale and connectivity of a larger organization, so that customers benefit from both proximity and breadth. A customer operating in more than one of these markets can rely on the group rather than building a separate supply chain in each one, and a customer in a single market still gains the depth that comes from being part of a wider ecosystem.
Trust Built on Genuine Products
Trust is central to how the group operates. In electrical supply, the difference between a genuine, authorized product and an unauthorized one is not cosmetic; it affects safety, performance, warranty cover and the integrity of an entire installation. EP Group’s distribution companies work exclusively through authorized partnerships with established manufacturers, so that the products customers receive are genuine and backed by the brand’s support. Emirates Panel does this across a portfolio of leading brands in the GCC, and Enara Power does the same as an authorized Schneider Electric distributor in East Africa.
The same ethos extends to the group’s manufacturing and panel building. Exa Power builds switchgear as an ABB-authorized panel builder, delivering type-tested assemblies to a recognized standard, and Evenson Power manufactures power equipment for demanding applications. Across the group, the commitment is consistent: customers should be able to trust that what they receive is genuine, suitable for its purpose, and supported by the right partners.
This quality ethos is not a separate policy bolted onto the group; it is the reason the group is structured the way it is. Authorized partnerships, type-tested assemblies and in-house manufacturing all exist to give customers a chain of trust that runs from the first product search to the panel energized on site. When every link in that chain belongs to a group that holds itself to the same standard, the assurance a customer receives is far stronger than it would be from a string of unrelated suppliers.
