OVERVIEW

Six Companies, One Connected Ecosystem

EP Group is organized as a hub and spoke. The group provides a common identity and shared direction, while each operating company focuses on what it does best within its market and discipline. Together they cover the electrical value chain from end to end, from the manufacture of power equipment to the digital channels that help professionals find and buy it.

Below you will find every company in the group, each with a dedicated profile describing its focus, the products or services it offers, and the regions it serves. The aim is to make it easy to identify the right partner for your requirements, whether you need a product sourced, a brand distributed under authorization, a transformer manufactured, or a panel built and type-tested.

If more than one company is relevant to your project, that is by design. The group is structured so that customers can draw on several companies at once, or move between them as a project evolves, without leaving the ecosystem or rebuilding their supply chain from scratch.

Six Companies, One Connected Ecosystem
Evenson Power
MANUFACTURING

Evenson Power

Evenson Power is the group’s manufacturing company, based in the United States. It produces power and distribution transformers, switchboards and related power equipment for applications that demand reliable performance and dependable supply. As the company that turns raw electrical engineering into finished equipment, Evenson Power anchors the group’s ability to serve projects that need more than off-the-shelf products.

Within the group, Evenson Power’s role is to ensure that when a project requires manufactured power equipment, that capability sits inside the ecosystem rather than outside it. A customer who begins by sourcing products through the group’s marketplaces, or by buying authorized distribution lines, can also draw on Evenson Power’s equipment when a project calls for it. You can learn more about the company directly at evensonpower.com.

Manufacturing equipment in-house also strengthens the rest of the group. It gives the distribution and panel-building companies a partner that understands power equipment from the inside, and it gives the marketplaces a credible reference point for the kinds of products professionals are sourcing. In this way Evenson Power is not only a supplier of finished equipment but a centre of engineering knowledge that the whole group can draw on.

DIGITAL MARKETPLACES

EP Finder and Infra Finder

EP Finder is the group’s global online marketplace for electrical products. It is built to make sourcing simpler and more transparent, letting buyers discover, compare and procure equipment from a single platform rather than chasing scattered catalogues and quotes. For sellers, it is a channel to reach a wider audience of professional buyers. EP Finder is available at epfinder.com.

Infra Finder takes the same marketplace idea and applies it to infrastructure and project-based electrical requirements. Where EP Finder serves general electrical product sourcing, Infra Finder is geared toward the larger, more complex buying that infrastructure and major projects involve, connecting buyers with the suppliers and products those projects demand. It is available at infrafinder.com. Together, the two platforms form the digital backbone of the group, complementing its physical capabilities in manufacturing, distribution and panel building.

EP Finder and Infra Finder
AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

Emirates Panel and Enara Power

Emirates Panel is the group’s authorized distribution company in the UAE and the wider GCC. It supplies genuine products from a portfolio of leading electrical brands, including ABB, TE, Lovato, Weidmüller, Alfanar and Theben. By working under authorization, Emirates Panel gives customers confidence that the products they receive are genuine and backed by the manufacturer support and warranties that come with the brand, a meaningful assurance in a market where unauthorized supply is a real risk.

Enara Power extends the group’s authorized distribution into Ethiopia and East Africa as an authorized Schneider Electric distributor. It brings trusted, genuine electrical products to a growing region, applying the same principle of authorized supply that underpins Emirates Panel. Between them, these two companies give the group authorized distribution coverage across two distinct and important regions, each served by a company that understands its local market.

SWITCHGEAR & PANELS

Exa Power

Exa Power is the group’s switchgear and panel-building company, operating in the UAE and GCC as an ABB-authorized low-voltage switchgear and panel builder. It produces type-tested assemblies designed to meet the requirements of demanding electrical installations, bringing the assurance of a recognized standard to the finished panels it delivers.

Within the group, Exa Power closes the loop between products and installation. A customer can discover and source products through the group’s marketplaces and distribution companies, and then have those products built into a complete, type-tested low-voltage assembly by Exa Power. That continuity, from product to finished panel, is one of the clearest examples of how the group’s companies are designed to complement one another.

WORKING TOGETHER

Stronger as a Group

While each company stands on its own, the value of EP Group lies in how they connect. A product discovered through EP Finder or Infra Finder can be backed by authorized distribution from Emirates Panel or Enara Power, and complemented by manufactured equipment from Evenson Power and type-tested switchgear from Exa Power. The boundaries between sourcing, distribution, equipment and assembly become much easier to cross when the companies on either side belong to the same group.

This structure means customers are not limited to a single supplier or a single region. As a project grows, or as needs shift from sourcing to equipment to assembled panels, the group is built to follow along and keep enabling power at every step. The result is a single, dependable relationship that can adapt to the shape of the work rather than forcing the work to fit a single supplier’s limits.

It also changes how a customer experiences risk. Instead of stitching together separate relationships with a manufacturer, a distributor, a panel builder and an online vendor, and hoping they align, a customer dealing with EP Group has the group itself taking responsibility for the connections between its companies. That coordination is part of what the group offers: not just six capabilities, but the assurance that they work together.
